There is currently no delivery fee. The delivery charge, if any, and applicable New Jersey sales tax will be shown before you approve payment. Any future delivery-fee change will apply to new orders and will be disclosed before payment.
We will confirm availability and the delivery arrangements for your order. Delivery timing depends on the product and the agreed arrangements; contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. We do not promise a delivery date unless it has been confirmed.
Provide an accurate delivery address and let us know about any access restrictions that may affect furniture delivery. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed as agreed, we will contact you about revised arrangements or cancellation and a refund where applicable. We will not send a substitute item without your agreement.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with your order reference and details of the problem. Photos can help us resolve the issue. Your rights relating to damaged goods, incorrect items, incomplete delivery or legally required cancellation and refunds are not limited by this information.
